This introductory program is a gentle movement class inspired by classical Ballet technique. It is designed to help adults ages 50 and up improve balance, mobility, and overall stability. Participants explore slow, flowing exercises that build strength, enhance posture, and support fall prevention — all while enjoying the uplifting, elegant feeling of moving with control and ease. No dance experience is required, and barres and chairs are available for support throughout.
This program runs in 4-week sessions and is held Thursdays 2:45-3:30.
